Update on 09/09/25 Meeting

At last evening’s meeting, members discussed the upcoming Hot Air Balloon Championship, which will take place from 20th to 26th September at Lough Key Forest Park, Boyle, Roscommon.

Members also shared a slideshow of images from their trip to Inishmore Island, displayed on the club monitor.

A big thank you goes to the members who completed the Alphabet Challenge—it was wonderful to see the variety of images and the creative ways used to represent all 26 letters of the alphabet. This collection was also presented at tonight’s meeting.

Next months meeting we will have our AGM;

Please put your name forward to anyone in the committee if you would like to step up in the 

clubs ongoings, you wouldn't feel out of place as we are always looking for New and Bright 

people in the committee.

           ∙      At tonight’s meeting, we will reflect on the summer we’ve had. 

                  To begin with, we’ll preview the Summer Breakaway Slideshow and look back at the fun we had at this year’s Exhibition. 

                  We’ll also share members’ collages from the Alphabet Challenge, and finally, 

                   we’ll discuss ideas and meet-ups for the Hot Air Balloon Championships in Lough Key. 

                  There are plenty of reasons not to miss tonight’s meeting!
