Last night, we were delighted to welcome guest speaker Linda Kelly, who shared her views and insights on nature and the environment in and around Roscommon.
Linda gave the club a greater awareness of safety and the impact humans can have on animals. Her wonderful images and short videos were enjoyed by everyone in attendance. She also presented her research and reports on Mote Park, County Roscommon, located approximately 45 kilometres from Boyle.
Linda is passionate about educating young people and regularly brings her work to schools, helping children learn more about nature and wildlife. We wish her every success going forward, and as a club, we would like to sincerely thank her for taking the time to visit and speak with us.
