Many thanks to Kevin Lim for yesterday's informative intake of street photography from your perspective to our Boyle Camera Club members. The day was really enjoyed and it shone through. Many members had a kind word to say on the workshop outcome and the lessons learned that made it truly enjoyable to be there. After the morning introduction to street photography with Kevin, members flowed out to the streets to practice the art for themselves, after about 1hr 30mins we all gathered back in the clubhouse for lunch (many thanks to Martina Morris for organising the catering) from where Kevin closed out the day with some of his best insights to our abilities with the camera curbside along Boyle town where it was experienced....

Reminder to members: Boyle Camera Club weekend away this year is Friday 5th July - Sunday 7th July

Most members have found accommodation in Mountbrandon Hostel, Cloghane, County Kerry.....Its north of Dingle and near Connor pass along the Wild Atlantic Way

Any members who are willing to go on the weekend trip may find their own place to stay, by all means try and book Mountbrandon hostel (087- 6870279 Maurice) but seemingly there could be booked out

If so try and get somewhere close to the Mountbrandon hostel as this will be the main area from where we gather to eat or meet up as we are set for a great weekend

Any members that have any concerns or have booked somewhere can you let the club know if you haven't done so already through WhatsApp or monthly meetings

Another reminder: 18th - 27th July 2024 the Boyle Arts Festival takes place yearly in Boyle, County Roscommon, Boyle Camera Club is asking members to participate in the club exhibition held during that period, more information will follow at club meetings or WhatsApp or you can Click Here
